In John 14:6, Jesus said: ‘I am the way the truth and the life nobody comes to the Father except through me.’ Being born in Mexico and growing up in Southern California, I never knew of Jesus being the Lord and Savior of fallen, broken, sinful people. But that changed when Jesus came into my life and radically changed me. While in my early twenties I experienced a number of emotional and mental challenges. With so many philosophers, I would think about: ‘where did I come from’, ‘what is my purpose for being here’, and ‘where will I go after I die’. Jesus answered all of my questions and provided me a way to heaven, a Living Hope, a reason for living. Presently I am serving as overseer in the Children’s Ministry, a wonderful ministry to serve in. My heart is for marriage and family and I provide Marriage Ministry & Parenting Ministry studies. Lastly, I am involved in Evangelism & Outreach, sharing the good news of Jesus Christ and also train equip the body of Christ to do the same.
